The Death of the Information Age
There is a death occurring on a grand scale. It is the death of "The Information Age." And personally, I find it very exciting! Let me explain why... All life is constantly growing and changing. It is no accident that the economy is currently experiencing a re-balancing. It is the universal law of rhythm, designed to balance out overgrowth and bring focus back to center. When you are out of alignment with the purpose you are here to serve, the universe will throw a curve ball to get your attention! Our economic focus has been out of alignment and we now have a beautiful opportunity for the emergence of new prosperity. This prosperity is a being ushered in by a new wave of conscious entrepreneurs. These are people who are in business primarily to make a difference in the world. They are committed to the greatest good for all. Win / lose is on its way out, collaboration is the new economic driver. It is the only choice for future success in business. As our world accelerates, this type of entrepreneur is becoming the single most rapid growing segment of the entrepreneurial community. We are about to witness a large influx of self employed individuals and entrepreneurs. And in order for these people to succeed, they must be in alignment with their unique purpose. This is the future of business. It is about BEING who you are and expressing yourself through your business. Entrepreneurs who choose the conscious path are consistently experiencing personal growth through their business. Your business expands as you expand. The process of doing business IS the lessons of your personal growth. This is the new business model that is being born in the midst of the decay the media is screaming about. A new age is emerging. We are moving out of "The Information Age" and into "The Inspiration Age." Inspiration being defined as in-spirit or of-source. Conscious business owners are integrating spirit into business. When you align your business with this inspiration everything flows naturally and the abundance of the universe will be yours. In order for this to happen you must have the practical systems in place to receive. This is about practical applications of your spiritual gifts. The integration of the two, is part of the Inspiration Age Business Model. It's time to turn off CNN (Constantly Negative News) and tune in to your higher self, that part of you that knows exactly what you are here to do. Step out of the fear and into the light. Get quiet and listen to the voice that is always there nudging you to the perfect answer. When you hear the whisperings, ACT! Take big bold action toward your truth. It promises the richness and prosperity you are meant to receive. Welcome to the new age of inspiration. There is so much to be excited about!

A key step to personal development is having the courage to take action regardless of fear. No doubt there are real dangers in life that should be avoided, but courageous people rely on common sense and logic to protect them realizing that fear will not. Courage is a quality that is often overlooked in our hectic daily lives, but it can have an overwhelming effect on our relationships and personal growth. If allowed to fester, fear and lack of courage can prevent even the hardest working individual from carrying out the tasks presented to them. Fear can hold almost everyone back.
Denying your fears creates a vicious cycle that will cause you to have these nagging tendencies to be non-confrontational. Your personal development will come to a standstill. To resolve this behavior one needs to summon their courage and confront that inner voice that is telling you to avoid conflict. Learn how to not waste time as you can always fix your mistakes but you can never redo yesterday.
Making a list of what you want out of life will in many ways give you a personal development inventory wish list. Ask yourself what is meaningful to you in your life today and what areas do you want change and improve. Get in touch with your passions and desires. Stop allowing other people dictate your future for you. Make your own choices and don't have any regrets about them. Examine the list of things you want most out of life with the attitude that you know who you really are. Being honest with yourself, answer your questions and act on them.
For just a moment think about your judging mind. Personal development can be enriched by examining how we judge people. Research has shown that how we judge a person reflects very strongly on us! If we have a strong reaction to a person we probably have the same thing in us. Our judgments of others act like a mirror that casts a reflection of us. Our judgments affect our personal growth in a manner that is subtle yet profound. Think for example a friend of yours who judges people as either rich or poor. They don't see the true person and what they are.
